Plum brandy (8 yrs.)
Plum brandy (8 yrs.)
Sljivovica that is in front of you is produced out of selected fruits of the famous autochthonous sort of plum Dragacica, which for centuries is a recognizable mark of the plum trees of western Serbia. The sweetest and most aromatic fruits of the plum Dragacica come from the slightly stratified and sunny slopes of the Jelica mountain. On the slopes of the mountain, there is a village called Premeca and there is also the cellar of the Plazinic family that lives for centuries with these plum trees and produces with great skill a heavenly drink-sljivovica. Each fruit of the plum is carefully selected, and the natural boiling of the plum ingredients produces the soul of our future brandy. Distillation on traditional copper boxes gives the widely-recognized brandy, which only after 8 years of ripening in the barrels of the selected oak, thus refined comes to true lovers and connoisseurs of this drink. A unique, small series of brandy in which you enjoy, has ripened in specially selected oak barrels in the family cellar Plazinic. It is clear and appealingly yellow with a bright amber-brown reflection. The scent is calm, expressively velvet and discreetly fresh. It is full of flavors, rounded, sweet with fruit cetinary herbal character. The subsequent part of the taste is long, extremely pleasant. It can be drunk throughout the day, but it is the most pleasant as an aperitif. Cheers!
